Acupressure Points to Ease Anxiety
January 23, 2023
Anxiety is a natural human emotion. To help relieve some of that anxiety? Acupressure offers temporary relief through several pressure points. When you focus on each pressure point make sure to follow these steps to self-massage:
Place your thumb or 1-2 fingers on the pressure point.
Apply firm pressure on the point and hold for five seconds. Take slow, deep breaths while you are applying pressure.
Gently massage using circular motions for about two minutes.
Repeat this process on the opposite body part. (Ex: If you started with your right side, move next to your left side).
Here are ten pressure points and how they can help you.
