I know that we all are feeling a little isolated and claustrophobic with all the stay home ordinances right now. Let’s first talk about what “social distancing” is. Social distancing is a term coined by law makers in reference to staying at least 6 feet away from others. This is to help stop the spread of the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. Social distancing has made everyday life a bit harder for most – no more shopping at certain stores, no more eating at restaurants, no bars or sport events.
This has put a strain on our everyday lives. However, there are still many things that you can do to keep your sanity and socially distance yourself while staying active like:
Making sure you are getting some fresh air is going to help tremendously with your health and mind set. Using this time to do a little focusing on yourself could do anyone some good.
